Mr. Kota joined TBG in 1992 after spending 17 years at Data General Corporation where he held a number of positions including managing the company's global technical support and quality assurance organizations, and managing strategic partnerships and business alliances. Mr. Kota also co-founded a number of innovative IT service companies that focused on Internet-based on-line education, year 2000 compliance, pen optics and ERP implementation services. Mr. Kota holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Ajay Pulaparthi is the VP of Sales and Marketing at The Boston Group (TBG). He holds the responsibility of customer relationships and business development in North America. Ajay joined TBG after spending 20 years with multiple Software Consulting Organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services and Cognizant Technology Solution in North America. He has technology and management experience playing different roles from developer to client partner. He has substantial experience in P&L Management and Business Development, deep industry experience in Sales and Deliver of IT Solutions. Ajay holds Master of Computer Applications from Osmania University, India.
Raju provides technical leadership and directs software development from 2000. Raju brings 17 years of rich experience to TBG in product development in various senior level positions,he brings in wealth of talent in project management and handles technology initiatives. His area of experience includes Client/Server n-tier architecture applications, network security, infrastructure, web applications, data modeling, database design,Migration and wireless networks. Raju worked with remote project teams and managed various projects. He was involved in multiple high profile projects deployed world-wide, some of the notable clients those are CITI bank, VISA, EMC, Microsoft, Carrefour, Bank Mandiri-Indonesia, Singapore Tourism Board,Thomson Netg, AMA University,Asian Institute of Management,Hewitt,Reliance,NTPC, etc., He completed his Masters from Newport University.
Joined The Boston Group (TBG) spearheading the IT Staffing, Managed Services and Recruitment Business in Singapore. She holds the responsibility of client acquisition & managing large key accounts. She leads the talent management team and handles the complete nuances of workforce management and compliance of employment act. She has over 20 years of experience in Managed / Professional Services, Payroll & Services, Process Implementation and Quality Control.
